Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

The guarantee applies once per account and plan, to the first subscription payment (Starter, Professional and Enterprise alike). Your subscription ends when the refund is issued.

For Enterprise, the guarantee covers the first monthly fee. For custom, annual or separately contracted Enterprise agreements, the terms of that contract apply.

Refunds are decided by Cioplaz, the supplier of the Service, and paid out through Whop, our payment processor, to your original payment method.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK rules, Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason.

When you subscribe, you expressly request that the Service starts immediately, before the withdrawal period ends. By law we could then charge a proportionate amount for the Service provided up to your withdrawal. We voluntarily waive this and refund the full amount under the 14-day guarantee above.

3. Renewal charges

Subscriptions renew automatically every month. Whop sends a reminder before each renewal, as configured for your plan.

If you forgot to cancel, we refund a renewal charge requested within 7 days, provided you have used no more than 10% of any Quota in that billing period.

Otherwise, fees for a billing period that has already started are not refunded. The subscription remains usable until the end of that period after you cancel.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time under Account → Subscription → Cancel, in your Whop dashboard, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation:

• takes effect at the end of the current billing period;
• stops all future charges;
• does not refund the current period pro rata (except in the cases in sections 1 and 3);
• does not delete your data immediately. You can export it for 30 days after the period ends.

5. Plan changes

• Upgrades: take effect immediately. We credit the unused days of your old plan and charge only the difference.
• Downgrades: take effect from the next billing period, with no refund.

6. Add-on Quota packs

Add-on packs bought separately (e.g. +5 hrs live analysis, +1,000 reply suggestions) can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if none of the pack has been used. Partially used packs are not refundable.

7. Service outages

If the Service is unavailable through our fault for more than 24 hours in total in a billing period, we credit the outage proportionally against your next fee, or refund it on request.

For Enterprise customers, service credits under the SLA (99.9% monthly uptime) apply.

Outages, API changes or restrictions on third-party platforms (e.g. Discord, Zoom, Messenger) are not our fault.

8. Exclusions

No refund is given if:

• your account was suspended or terminated for breach of the prohibited use provisions of our Terms;
• refund requests are abusive or repeated (e.g. by opening new accounts);
• the 14-day guarantee or the renewal grace period has expired (except for the cases in section 7 and any refunds required by mandatory law).

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We resolve most cases within 1–2 business days.

9. How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the address linked to your account, or use Account → Billing → Request refund.
2. Include your Whop receipt number or the date of the charge.
3. We confirm your request within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds are issued through Whop to your original payment method within 14 days at the latest. Your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Refunded taxes (VAT/sales tax) are reversed by Whop as merchant of record, and a corrected receipt is issued.
